“ Realtors are useless! I lived in this house all my life and i was an only child so the house was passed down to me after my grandmother passed away. I did not have any problem with it but I had a relative that passed away and his children didn’t have no other place to go so i had them move in with me. The house was a 2 bedrooms and I was married with 2 kids, so when I had 3 more kids added to the equation, it was a bit hectic. The house was free and clear so I ended up making a good chunk that I used as a deposit on a bigger house. The whole process took 3 weeks between them buying my house and me moving into my new house with the help of the agent they recommend me. If you have an old house or one that need renovation, do not go to realtors. They will not take your house seriously since there’s no real money for them.
